RETURN POLICY

At Opulent 3, we understand things don't always work out, but we want to do our best at making it right. 

Please review your product(s) as soon as you get it in your hands. If you've received a defective product, please contact info@opulent3.com within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you received incorrect products or missing products please contact us at info@opulent3.com within 3 business days of receipt of your order.

Opulent 3 does not accept returns or exchanges on earrings due to health and hygiene unless the product is found to be defective. If a product is found to be defective upon receipt, we must be notified within 3 days of receipt of the product in which credit will be issued. We may require that you send in pictures of the defective item. Please allow 5-7 days for processing.

Ankle bracelets are eligible for exchange or credit if the item is found to be defective. The customer is responsible for shipping item(s) back. Please email info@Opulent3.com within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Please allow 5 - 7 days for processing.
